Our Terms and Conditions outline the important details around bookings, payments, cancellations, and how we work together to create your experience. They’re here to ensure everything runs smoothly and to protect both you and Live Like a Local Italy. By confirming a booking, you agree to these terms — and of course, if you have any questions, Phil is happy to walk you through them.

REFUNDS
No refund will be given for any service that you are unable to attend, including but not limited to late arrival, early departure, poor health, or by choice not to participate. This includes failure of any transportation to run and deliver you to your destination as planned. If you have any specific questions or if there's anything else you'd like assistance with regarding this refund policy, feel free to let us know.
CHILDREN
Due to the nature of this tour and the visitation to bars, restaurants and tastings the minimum age of guests must be 18 years of age.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is not included in our prices but it is a condition of booking that you take insurance for this trip. Please read your policy carefully and bring it with you. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is suitable and adequate for your particular needs.
VARIATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
Changes in itinerary may occur due to weather, availability of particular persons, or access to various locations or persons. Live Like a Local Italy reserve the right to change, cancel or modify services beyond our control including a lack of sufficient participants or adverse weather conditions. In the event of border closures with Italy or any unforeseen restrictions that would completely forbid the guests from entering Italy the tour would be cancelled. Please see our refund policy. In any other cases, if travel to Italy is allowed, no refund will be allocated.
ALL INCLUSIVE
Includes all chosen itinerary quality essentials in the booking price, such as accommodation, meals, drinks and transportation as well as all ingredients and beverages for cooking and other classes. Depending on activity, coffee, snacks and water will be included. Specific Tour Guides are itinerary dependent. Clients are responsible for additional expenses over and above those specified in the chosen activities. Airfares are not included. Guests are to meet in and depart from Bassano Del Grappa, unless arrangements have been made otherwise at the outset of the booking or you are extending your stay to include additional travel. Any additional travel or accommodation either side of the tour dates are not included. Items of personal nature, tips, laundry and beverages not on the package list are to be paid for by the client. Responsible consumption of alcohol is recommended throughout your itinerary.
PRICING AND INFORMATION VALIDITY
All prices are estimated / quoted in EURO (EUR) and are current at time of publication. Live Like a Local Italy reserves the right to amend any pricing if the cost of services increases. Increases may be incurred through alternations in exchange rates, taxes or other price rises beyond the control of Live Like a Local Italy. We reserve the right to increase prices at any point up until full payment has been made prior to departure.
CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY
You should familiarize yourself with any health, passport or visa requirements that may apply in the areas you are visiting. You will be responsible for all entry, exit, health and other documents required by law, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of visas for countries you are entering. We will not accept any liability for loss or expense due to your failure to comply. The making of a booking constitutes your acceptance of all booking terms and conditions as described herein and forms the basis of your contract with Live Like a Local Italy.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
No special provision is made for travelers with physical or mental disabilities. By proactively communicating your accessibility needs, you contribute to a smoother and more enjoyable travel experience. Some accommodation and sightseeing will require walking and / or climbing stairs. Any special requests must be outlined in writing before the deposit is paid and Live Like a Local Italy has the right to decline access to the tour if they feels it is dangerous or inappropriate for the guest with a special need to attend.
COSTS NOT INCLUDED IN PRICING
Airfares are not included. Live Like a Local Italy guests are to meet in Bassano Del Grappa and will finish the trip in Bassano Del Grappa unless otherwise organised. Any additional accommodation either side of the scheduled itinerary is not included. Included is scheduled nights accommodations, all transfers, all meals, wines and beverages where indicated. The client will pay for additional purchase at tastings or supplements to meals. Guests will be provided with a standard number of alcoholic beverages per evening as inclusive. This will of course include quality wine. Items of personal nature, tips, laundry and beverages not on the package list are to be paid for by the client. Any travel outside of that organized in the itinerary is also at the cost of the client.
